So here we have one of our light projects that everyone seems to like. 1966 V8 auto finished in pearlescent red with red interior.
The body and paint are in good usable condition although there are some areas where paint has flaked off and this would benefit from refinishing.
The front frame rails are in great condition as are the trunk area and lower rear quarters. The rear frame rails are good with no rust around the rear leaf spring hangers.
The interior is also in good usable condition with no splits on the dash pad and only small damage on the driver side of the upholstery. The carpet is also in good usable condition.
The side lights and head lights all work as do the turn signals, brake lights and wipers.
The oil pressure gauge reads 3/4 so great oil pressure.
Under the hood, all is good with no visible water or oil leaks she is fitted with factory power steering in good working order.
The exhaust system is in great condition and is a sport-style finishing just before the rear axle. The rear axle has anti tramp bars fitted so no rear end skipping on fast pull aways.
The axle itself has a Detroit Locker fitted so two black lines down the road and not one.
Overall, this is a very light project that with a little money and time could be easily be taken to the next level.
The car comes fully registered with a UK V5C document.
