We are pleased to offer for sale this 1964 1/2 survivor. She is a factory built v8 auto with factory power steering. We have decoded the VIN tag and can confirm she was built on the 15th August 1964 making her one of the very last true 64 1/2 cars.
She still has the original hood with the un-turned corners and the chamfered corner light housings – this tells us she has never had any accident damage to her front end Inside the air vent controls have the letter A on them once again 64 1/2.
She is finished in Wimbledon white and this is the original factory color and is in a very usable condition as can been seen in the pictures – she also wears the original wheel trims.
The interior came from the factory in bright red and as can be seen in the pictures. It is still finished in red but it has been completely refurbished with new seat covers, dash pad and carpet. Under the hood, the engine bay is in great condition the only update being the chrome air cleaner.
She starts right up and ticks over just fine. She has a small exhaust blow at the rear muffler. She goes into gear great and drives as can be seen in the video.
The floor requires a small repair to the front pan and a small one at the rear but we are giving the winning bidder a free pair of floor pans worth £275 to use as you require just cut out the parts you require.
The only other area that would need to be addressed is just in front of the rear leaf spring hangers as there is a small amount of repair required there but that is it.
So we have a 1964 1/2 survivor requiring a small amount of work or use as is. She is being sold as a very, very light project car that can be used as is.
The car will come with a full UK V5C (log book) and with a UK registration number.
