We are pleased to offer for sale on behalf of the family of one of our customers this beautifully refurbished convertible Mustang.
The refurbishment was carried out in our workshops from Jan 2014 and was completed in Feb 2015.
As can been seen from the pictures, it was a major refurbishment; we replaced the full floor, both inner rocker panels (sills) front and rear toque boxes under-seat supports. The engine and box were removed, the engine bay was refinished, new exhaust system fitted, new braking system back and front, new shockers all round, new steering joints, new flaming river adjustable steering column in stainless steel repainted in candy apple red, new chrome bumpers handles and badges, new windshield, new soft top, completely re-trimmed in cream with black carpets and new Shelby style steering wheel. Also fitted were new Magnum 500 wheels and tyres – the list goes on and on.
If someone were to bring this car to us today the cost of the refurbishment would be in excess of £40,000.
She has only been out in the summer and never in rain over the last year. She is also fully optioned with power steering, power brakes and power hood.
