So here we are again back in 1966.
Born this year was Stefanie, a V8 Auto Mustang finished in bright red with black interior.
1966 was the first face lift year with a new slatted grill replacing the ’65 honey comb grill, the centre coral losing its side bars and the side quarter trims were enlarged and now had three forward facing fingers.
Inside, all cars now had the GT dash with round centre mounted speedo with gas, water temperature, amp meter and oil pressure gauges. Door cards and seats were also slightly modified.
Stefanie wears all the 66 mods confirming her as a true 1966 production car. She also has a rare upgrade of factory fitted air conditioning (still in fully working order).
The interior trim as can be seen is in excellent condition. We believe the carpets and seat covers have been replaced about two years ago.
Outside the paint is in great shape all chrome is bright and her exterior is finished off with factory wire wheel trims.
Stefanie is in great shape and ready to cruise and show in 2015.
